To add more subjects to a Gift Portrait... please add an additional $40 per subject. Special requests such as hands, special backgrounds, changes in clothing, etc.,will be adjusted according to change. any other drawing sizes can be negotiated.

Payment is 25%...(NON REFUNDABLE)... paid before the start of the portrait and the remainder of balance paid after the portrait is completed. Once completed... you will be asked to approve the finished Portrait by viewing it on the Gifts Log page of this site using the ID. code and password that will be provided to you after the first 25% of payment is received. NOTE: Please be aware that the 25% deposit on any gift or Gift certificate is non refundable.

Balance will then be due upon approval... and BEFORE shipping. Your Portrait will then be shipped to you along with any physical photographs that were provided.

Accepted Payment methods are PayPal ...(instant payment)... or Money Orders made payable to "Graphite Gifts"...Contact information may be found on the Contact Us Page. Note: Any orders placed using a "money order" must be made payable to "Graphite Gifts"...Please allow for extra time when using this form of payment method due to U.S. postal delivery functions.

GIFT CERTIFICATES are the same prices... paid in advance (non-refundable). To order Gift Certificates click on the link on the GIFT BOX PAGE...labeled as BUY GIFT CERTIFICATE ... after the certificate has been purchased...I can send you the Gift Certificate through the mail... or you may download it from the PAY PAL SITE...whatever is more convenient for you...which will allow you to purchase the Portrait Size of your choice.(Depending on the portrait size certificate you purchased...you can also use a combination of Gifts certificates to purchase one of the higher priced Gifts...)

All Gifts which include special request...hands... clothing changes...background effects...etc., will have prices adjusted according to each added effect....varying from $5.00 (min)--- $25.00 (max)..PER CHANGE REQUEST...Please request any changes on the Ordering Page...or send through Email. If any changes are decided before completion of the Gift...changes MUST be requested through Email in the EARLY stages of the project ..".ONLY"...
